A voice minute is talk time on a call, rounded up per call. A conversation is one chat thread with one customer within 24 hours, on any channel.
Mina keeps answering. Extra usage is billed as in packs - €15 per 100 voice minutes, €10 per 200 chat conversations. We never cut off a call mid-sentence.
