Krok Group Ltd, trading as Fourmina, is the data controller for this website and for our own business contacts. For the data inside a client's assistant (their customers' messages and calls), the client is the controller and we act as processor under the engagement agreement. Contact: hello@fourmina.com.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client documents or client customers' data to train public AI models. Private setups keep client data inside the client's environment wherever the systems allow it.
We use vetted providers for hosting, email and AI model inference, under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The current provider list for an engagement is available on request.
Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after the last exchange. Engagement data: for the duration of the engagement, then returned or deleted per the contract. Demo recordings: up to 90 days. Legal and accounting records: as long as the law requires.
Under UK GDPR and GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to hello@fourmina.com and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority, though we would rather fix it first.
